• Become a trusted advisor, offering insightful vehicle advice and recommending services or products that truly enhance the reliability and efficiency of their municipal fleets.
• Ensure every service appointment for essential municipal vehicles runs like a well-oiled machine, fostering a smooth and positive experience for their operational teams.
• Skillfully handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, turning challenges into opportunities to build lasting relationships that support public service.

What we're looking for in you:

• A genuine "customer-first" attitude and exceptional communication skills, with an understanding of the unique demands of municipal operations.
• Some automotive experience is a bonus, but a keen willingness to learn and grow in the world of specialised municipal vehicles is essential!
• High attention to detail and ability to be autonomous is essential
